We are currently looking to fill our team for the 2022 and 2023 winter season. If you are interested in operating a skid steer bobcat, loader, or hauling snow as a class 1 driver in and around the Prince George area, you have found the right team to join!
We are also looking for snow removal sidewalk shoveling labourer's no experience needed for these positions must be fit and willing to work in outdoor winter conditions.
Part time to full time hours available depending on the weather, with the possibility of moving into a full time Monday to Friday paving position in the spring.

- Operating Front End Loader - 15 positions available
- Operating Skid Steer Bobcats - Hand & Foot controls 15 positions available
- Use plow trucks to remove snow from parking lots 4 positions available
- Sidewalk Shoveller's 25 positions available
- Dump Truck Class 1 drivers 4 positions available
What we need from you:
- Ability to do a physically demanding job
- Reliable and able to be on call, for when weather permits
- Outgoing, friendly & responsible with excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivated & mature with ability to work without direct supervision
- Must be able to work a flexible and unpredictable schedule
- Previous snow removal experience with a skid steer, Loader , other equipment, or general labor will be considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have a Valid driver’s license or higher, with a clear abstract
- Must have a Active Cell Phone on contract

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

In the spring and summer, we handle parking lot clean up with power sweeping and line painting. We also pave and repair damaged pavements with pothole patching, overlays and crack sealing. In the winter, we provide full snow removal services including snow plowing, snow hauling and sanding.
